Terms of use

Last updated 30 July 2026

Acceptable use

This tool creates original graphics that resemble social-media posts. You are responsible for what you make with it and for how you publish it.

You may not use this tool to:

  • pass off a fabricated post as a genuine statement by a real person or organisation, including for satire that a reasonable viewer would read as real;
  • impersonate anyone in order to defraud, harass, defame or deceive;
  • fabricate apparent evidence for use in journalism, litigation or an election;
  • create sexual content involving real people without consent, or any content involving minors;
  • infringe copyright or trademark in images, logos or text you upload.

Clearly labelled parody, commentary, mockups, concept work and design comps are all legitimate uses. The optional disclosure label in the Brand panel exists to make that labelling easy.

Ownership

You keep all rights to the images and text you supply, and to the graphics you export. No licence to your content is claimed, because your content is never transmitted to us in the first place.

Trademarks

X and Twitter are trademarks of X Corp. This tool is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. The post card is an original design inspired by the general visual language of social-media posts; it is not a reproduction of any platform's interface, and the graphics produced are not authenticated screenshots.

No warranty

The tool is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It runs in your browser, and browser behaviour varies; verify an exported file before you rely on it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the tool or of the graphics it produces.
